Reception

As soon as your bulk product and packaging arrive, we verify quantity and condition and prepare everything for production.

Every formulation behaves differently. Therefore, we calibrate our equipment to suit your product and its packaging for clean, accurate filling.

Your product is filled using validated processes under ISO-certified production standards. All filling takes place in controlled conditions.

Labelling & Coding

We apply your labels, align them precisely, and add batch and expiry data via inkjet or thermal transfer printing.

Quality Check

Each batch is checked for weight, sealing and appearance to maintain a consistent product standard.

Packaging & Dispatch

Finished units are packed in cartons, palletised, labelled according to your specifications, and prepared for shipping.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities depend on the product and format: • Tube filling: 5,000 units or more • Bottle filling: 3,000 units or more • Individual sachets (0.5–30 ml): 10,000 units or more per variety • Double sachets: 25,000 units or more • Perfume bottles: 3,000 units or more • Glass bottles (nail polish, etc.): 3,000 units or more • Cream jars (3–500 ml): 3,000 units or more.

Do you fill under controlled conditions?

Yes. All cosmetics and medical devices are filled exclusively under controlled conditions. This applies to every product, every run.
