Our filling services for cosmetic formulations cover skincare, beauty, and make-up products. Typical product types include emulsions, creams, lotions, gels, serums, oils, toners, cleansers, and make-up products such as lip gloss, foundation, and concealers.
Filling operations follow DIN EN ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP) and are managed by experienced personnel. For plant-based oils and cosmetic products aligned with organic concepts, filling is performed in compliance with the EU Organic Regulation (EG-ÖKO-VO) under certification DE-ÖKO-006 as well as in accordance with the COSMOS standard (customer-specific supplier certification).

Non-sterile medical devices for topical use, such as solutions, gels, lotions, emulsions and other flowable preparations, are filled under defined hygiene conditions and documented processes. The focus is on the controlled handling of sensitive products.
Our production of liquid and semi-solid non-sterile medical devices for topical use, including their packaging, follows DIN EN ISO 13485 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our filling areas comply with DIN ISO 14644-1 (ISO Class 8).

At ZSB, fragrance formulations are mixed and filled to customer specifications. Unusual shapes and complex closure systems, as used in premium and luxury products, call for tailored solutions. That's why distinctive, high-quality primary packaging is processed on dedicated production lines.
Experienced teams are trained for the specific demands of sophisticated fragrance and cosmetic products, whether small batches or limited editions. Processes follow DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and cover the mixing of aqueous and alcohol-based solutions as well as contract manufacturing, filling and packaging.
